Unlimited Local Calls
Just like any other traditional phone line you get to make and receive unlimited local calls.
Unlimited in-Network Minutes
We allow anyone with broadband (high-speed) Internet
access to use their regular phone to make UNLIMITED
calls to anywhere inside our
network. NetAccess NetTalk Telephone subscribers also
get worldwide calling to other NetAccess NetTalk Telephone
subscribers at no extra charge.
North American Minutes
Some of our plans come with North
American Minutes. Call anywhere in North America
excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Yukon, and North West Territories
with these minutes. If you wish to call outside North
America please see our International
Rates.
Caller ID Caller ID
allows NetTalk subscribers to view an incoming caller's
phone number before answering the call. With caller
ID, when your phone rings, the incoming caller's
number appears on the display screen of your
telephone. Your phone must have caller ID capability
for this feature to be used.
Caller ID Blocking You can
prevent your phone number from being displayed when
calling, by using Calling Line ID Blocking. This
feature allows you to block your number from being
shown when calling other numbers. You have the choice
of turning it on or off for all calls from the my
account section.
Call Waiting Call
Waiting permits callers to get through to you even
when you are on the phone with another call. You
will hear a beep indicating an incoming call. You
will then be able to put your current caller on hold
and answer the new call. You can continue to alternate
between parties as often as you'd like. It's like
having two lines while paying for only one. How does it
work? When you are on a call and the line beeps,
simply press the flash button or switch hook. You will
be connected with the waiting party and your original
party will be placed on hold. Press the flash button
or switch hook again, to reconnect to the original
party and hold the waiting party. If a third caller
tries to reach you they'll get a busy signal or be
forwarded to voicemail.
This feature can be enabled and disabled simply
by dialing *70 from your NetTalk service.
Voicemail
Voicemail
is a service that allows callers to leave messages
when you are not available to answer your phone.
Our voicemail permits you to record your own outgoing
message, so that when calls are routed to your
voicemail, they will hear your voicemail greeting
and have the option to leave a message.
Pick up voice mail by dialing *98 and following
the instructions.
Call Forwarding Call
Forwarding allows you to forward all your incoming
calls to a different phone number, such as your home,
friend's house, office or cell phone. Call Forwarding
makes your life easier because it gives you the
control you want. Turn it on when you need it. Turn
it off when you don't. Note that the number you
forward your calls to must be permitted by your outgoing
calling plan. Call
Forwarding instruction: To
enable call forwarding:
Dial *72 + the
phone number you which to forward calls to. A
recording will confirm.
To disable
call forwarding:
Dial *73. A recording will
confirm. This
feature can also be manipulated from the my
account section.

number of the last incoming call whether you answered
it or not. To use the feature: Pick up the phone.

number.

you with an additional phone number (in the city of
your choice*) that rings your NetTalk gateway.
There are no limits to the amount of virtual numbers
you can add to a single NetTalk gateway. How Does It Work? Virtual
Numbers are for incoming calls ONLY, so they ring back
to your NetTalk service. *Virtual Number are
available in the following cities: Barrie, Chatham, Guelph, Hamilton, Kingston,
Kitchener/Waterloo, London, Montreal, Newmarket, North
Bay, Oshawa, Ottawa, Peterborough,
St. Catharines,

Reverse Calling Reverse
Calling is a unique feature whereby a caller who is
not a subscriber to our service may place a call to
a subscriber and not incur a long distance
charge. The non-subscriber would call one of our
local access numbers and then enter the telephone
number of the NetTalk subscriber. Our system then
processes the call by calling the valid subscriber
and connecting the two parties.
Per Minute Service Our Per Minute service allows you to
place calls outside of our network at a very
competitive per minute rate. All minutes must be
prepaid; simply charge your account and start calling.
If you don't use all your prepaid minutes that month,
don't worry, they will carry over to the next month.
Your call records can be accessed by logging
into your
account. Long Distance
