NetAccess Staff Update

NetAccess continues to invest in developing a dedicated team of professionals to serve our clients. We would like to take this opportunity to introduce two of our newest staff: Michelle Curow and Christopher Jordison.

Michelle comes to NetAccess with wide experience in customer service. She worked for a number of years as the technical service representative and administrative receptionist for a large Hamilton area insurance company where she was nominated Employee of the Year. Michelle will be providing front line customer service for NetAccess and will often be the first line of contact for customer service and support requirements. Michelle brings excellent customer communication skills to her position, and is a very enthusiastic team member at NetAccess. Michelle also brings writing and design skills to her job, and will have the primary responsibility for producing the quarterly NetAccess Newsletter.

Chris joins the NetAccess Support team with five years of experience on the UPS - Technology Support Group, Chris will be one of NetAccess' primary onsite customer service representative and has a wide range of experience in trouble shooting and support for Internet and network problems. Chris is dedicated to excellence in customer service, and works very well with the NetAccess technical support team. NetAccess clients will benefit from Chris' ability to get onsite and address service issues in a prompt and professional manner.

After many years with NetAccess, Tim Marshall left in the Fall for work closer to home. Tim was greatly appreciated by many NetAccess clients for his patient and thorough work on front line support for NetAccess. We wish him all the best in his new position.

Bonded DSL

Bonded DSL offers you the ability to increase your bandwidth speed beyond normal DSL rates without the requirement to purchase expensive leased lines. Bonded DSL enables you to purchase two or more, normal broadband connections (ADSL) and join them together as a single circuit. NetAccess Systems’ Bonded NetConnect DSL broadband packages have been designed to provide the very best connectivity for organisations who require a higher bandwidth than is available with the fastest single DSL line. For example, if you purchase a Bonded-4 package you can bond 4 DSL lines together to provide up to 24 Mbps download and 3.2 Mbps upload.

If you are hungry for speed or download a lot of data, the option to bond DSL lines is ideal for you. This is the most cost effective way to achieve high bandwidth at a very reasonable price.

If you would like more information on Bonded NetConnect services, please contact us at sales@nas.net.
