Hosted Microsoft Exchange
Microsoft Exchange is the world's most popular business messaging platform, with almost 60% of the market. It boosts company productivity through advanced features like always-synced email, files, calendars and contacts; mobile access on devices such as the BlackBerry. It also provides advanced Web mail; shared calendars that let employees see colleagues’ availability to schedule or rearrange meetings, book conference rooms and plan projects.
Unfortunately, for many SMBs, the cost of running an MS Exchange server ‘in-house’ is simply too much to justify for their specific requirements. In such situations, a 'hosted Exchange' service makes much better sense. Using a NetAccess Exchange server hosting for a small monthly fee (starting at $9.95/mo) allows small businesses to enjoy the same enterprise-strength IT that Fortune 500 companies have, but at a price they can easily afford.

Please Check DNS Servers (particularly for dial-up users)
Please ensure that you are using current DNS Server IP addresses.
These are: Primary (or Preferred) DNS server: 216.145.96.5 Secondary (or Alternate) DNS Server: 216.145.104.8
Dial-up users will have these IP Addresses hard coded in their Dial-Up Networking settings.
If you are using old DNS Server IPs (e.g., 199.243.225.x), very shortly they will NOT work as these are being withdrawn. They have not been current for many years. The effect of these not working will be to make it appear that your Internet connection is down. You will be unable to connect to any websites because your browser will not be able to convert a domain name (e.g., www.apple.com) to an IP Address in order to access that website. Protection for Mail Servers - SMTP Service
NetAccess has been providing its NetShield Server™ service for several years. For those not familiar with the service it provides a SPAM and virus filtering service for clients who have their own email servers. "SMTP Service" is an extension to this service that allows clients with mail servers to not only receive email but also to send email through NetAccess. The advantage for clients is that their email server can be completely isolated from the Internet. The only access to and from the Internet is via NetAccess mail servers. Our servers handle all SPAM and virus attacks and handle all (non-permanent) email delivery issues. It is a safe and convenient way to offload many email server administration tasks, all for a low monthly fee. For more information contact support@nas.net

NetAccess Price Increase
Effective September 1, 2007, NetAccess will be applying a minor price increase on selected services. This is the first price increase of this kind since NetAccess began business in 1993. We are introducing this price adjustment to cover increases in most of our own service and business operating costs. NetAccess is committed to providing our clients with the best possible service and support, and we have continued to invest in staff, services, and our core infrastructure to remain the premium ISP in our region.
